 Beautifully situated on the Minnesota side of Lake of the Woods, right at the mouth of the Rainy River. The grounds are spacious and wooded. At the Wigwam Resort we have both cabins and lodge rooms. The lobby has a fireplace to create a hunting lodge feel with all the modern conveniences of home. In the lounge we have entertainment nightly and a full service dining room where you can get one of Connie's famous skillets in the morning or Luke will charbroil your steak to perfection in the evening. Our staff will do it's best to see to it your time at the Wigwam is enjoyable, fun and relaxing.
Dining and Entertainment
Breakfast is served in our dining room from 6am - 11am. Then lunch is served 11am - 2pm. We're back to serve you dinner from 5pm - 9pm. You can also get burger baskets or pizza in the lounge from 5pm - Midnight to go with your favorite beverage.
 Area Activities
When you aren't fishing there are many other things to do in our area. Water sports such as tubing, skiing, personal watercraft rentals, canoeing or kayaking up the river can be enjoyed. Several festivals and community events are held throughout the summer just for fun. Other activities such as golfing, swimming, bird watching and simply relaxing are all there for your pleasure.
